Specialist Knowledge is required for the production of Aerodynamics Models – where high levels of accuracy and finish are required in the machining of inherently unstable parts.
We offer a comprehensive service, starting from CAD requirements, through manufacture to final finishing and integration. File transfer protocol allows customers permission for secure transfer of original data into (and updated data from) their areas of our vault.
We have an eight-man, dedicated team manufacturing and supplying models internationally. Each component part is supplied with a full inspection report as a direct comparison with the original CAD Model. High Speed models are manufactured to general tolerances of 50 microns. Cryogenic models are supplied to tolerances of 25 to 30 microns.
