Extensive investment has taken place recently in terms of EDM  equipment:

• Agie-Charmilles Robofil 440 Clean Cut (for zero re-cast layer and contamination-free cutting of Titanium);
• Charmilles Robofil 330F 4 Axis CNC Submerged Wire EDM;
• Agie-Charmilles Form 30 EDM Die Sink Machine;
• Charmilles HD10 EDM Hole Drill - capable of drilling 0.2mm to 3.0mm diameter x 400mm deep holes.
  

This equipment has resulted in specific approvals across a wide range of industries, including aerospace and medical approvals. Bolted on to our existing portfolio of plant, this extensive range of equipment enables us to offer a more cost effective 'one-stop shop' service in full control of critical operations. Precision machining of  electrically-conducted materials, eg aluminium, steel, copper, brass,  and high-technology aerospace materials such as inconel and titanium, can be achieved to the most exacting tolerances.
