Future AM has the latest computer aided manufacturing stations which, in many cases, operate 24/7 unattended machining of exotic alloys. Multiple, computer-linked stations allow for concurrency of activity on larger projects.

Where components are required in metals of specific strength or specification within a short timescale, it is often necessary to machine from solid. We offer a comprehensive service from initial email enquiry, through quotation and problem solving, to tooling, materials sourcing, rapid manufacture and final inspection of very close limits on components of high integrity.
Many prototypes need to be made in representative materials – plastics and composites.
Most need to be made within very tight timescales. CMM inspection verifies form by comparison against original CAD model.
