• High speed automated machining and overnight running of multiple components include another 2 Metre capacity machining centre.
• High Speed machining up to 2000 x 800 x 500mm. Portal frame design offering excellent rigidity and accuracy.  Fast and powerful TNC 530 digital control, network linked. 30 tool-change capacity.
• Two, 4 Axis Deckel Maho Universal Machining centres with high speed spindle for fine detail and linear scale accuracy. TNC 530i digital control for fast and accurate 3D machining, network linked. 610mm x 500mm x 600mm capacity.
• HSK Tool Nose System for finest finishing.
• Fourth large Puma lathe with driven tooling, for second stage machining and milling without removing the work piece.
  

Stores:

• Future AM's 2000 sq ft  material stores has been completely refurbished and re-organised

CNC High Speed Machining:

• Additional capacity: three, 4 axis high speed machining centres.
• Equipped with CNC tilting rotary table, a high speed head, 30 metre per minute rapids and a digital, networked control, these machines deliver extreme accuracy and high surface finishes on highly complex parts.
• Capable of loading and handling very large programmes at extreme speeds, these controls are augmented by adjacent CAD systems for continuous operation.
• Three sizes of machining centres – with up to 2 metres axis – are now equipped with high speed digital controls.
  

Inspect-to-CAD:

• Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), capable of inspecting up to 2.5 metres, use advanced software packages to produce inspection data by direct comparison with the original CAD model – both in tabular and visual report form
• Inspection by direct comparison to Original CAD data.
• Capacity 2.5 x 1.2 x 1.1 metres
